Current Career Opportunities
Responsibilities:
- Taking bookings via email, phone calls, in-person, and our chat-bot
- Manage and organize your work environment
- Take cash-outs via credit, debit, GC, and cash
- Maintain a clean spa environment
- Awareness of guest traffic
- Guest file management
- Retail sales (product knowledge and sales background is an asset)
- Creating a connection with each guest and writing connection notes in the guest files
- Preparing for guest check-ins and check-outs
- Assist with spa attending
- Assist with additional projects and tasks as needed
- Opening & closing duties
- Complete understanding of all spa protocols, products, and treatments
Qualifications & Skills
Candidates who are able to demonstrate excellent communication skills, exceed guest expectations, and set the stage to ensure the best experience will be considered for the position.
Some of the necessary skills the perfect candidate would possess:
- Ability to make one on one connections with your guest on the phone and in-person
- Booking software experience (asset but not a requirement)
- Data input
- Positive attitude
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Interpersonal skills that add value to guests and to your team
- Accuracy in checking guests in and out
- Processing payments
- Sales experience (asset but not a requirement)
- Team player
- Self-motivated and disciplined
- Leadership skills
- Pro-active communication and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities:
- Detailed and comprehensive SOAP notes
- Ability to make a connection with your guest and turn them into a regular request booking
- Complete understanding of all spa protocols, products, and treatments
- Set up, clean up, sanitation/disinfection, and general care of all treatment rooms and the spa environment
- Assist with other tasks and projects as needed around the spa (i.e. light spa attending, re-filling products in treatment rooms, general spa cleanliness, etc.)
Qualifications and Skills:
- Candidates who are able to demonstrate excellent communication skills, professionalism, exceed guest expectations, enjoy being in a team environment, and set the stage to ensure the best experience will be considered for the position.
- Additional training and experience in providing Aromatherapy, Reflexology, Shiatsu, Hot Stone, and Reiki is an asset.
- Leadership skills and pro-active problem solving are also strong assets.
- Registered and fully licensed Massage Therapists with at least 2200 hours will be interviewed.
