How do I book my group spa day?
We will need the following information in order to best assist you to book your group spa experience.
- The day and time frame you prefer.
- A list of the names, phone number and email addresses of each attendee on the form in the button below.
- The first and second choice of requested appointments for each.
- Preference of male or female therapist (not guaranteed)
We request all bookings and/or changes to be communicated through your Group Coordinator. Please email concierge@rnrwellness.com for additional information.
Group Etiquette
This is a special occasion for your group, we do ask that you respect the tranquil experience of our other guests who are still enjoying services within the spa and therefore we ask that spa voices and etiquette are respected at all times.
When choosing a Luxury Spa Service, each member of your group will be offered self-parking in our Palliser parkade for the duration of their visit at the spa. Upon arrival please present your Parkade ticket to spa reception for Validation.

Your Group will also enjoy use of our shared facility with the Fairmont Palliser, including co-ed whirlpool, heated indoor swimming pool, eucalyptus steam room and fitness center. Also, with Luxury Spa Services, guests receive the use of a spa robe and sandals, and have access to our men’s or women’s locker room.
Group Cancellation Policy
We do require a credit card to guarantee group appointments. Cancellations within 7 days will result in a 50% charge and within 72 hours will result in 100% charge.
A non-refundable group deposit of $150.00 will be taken upon confirmation of all group bookings.
