What services do you offer?
We provide a wide range of services, including massages, facials, body treatments and holistic services. For a full list of our services, please visit our Menu  

How can I book an appointment?
You can book an appointment through our website by visiting the Booking Page or you can call us directly at 403-244-9290 (Fairmont Palliser) or 403-930-5959 (Le Germain). We also welcome walk-ins based on availability.

What amenities do you offer and are they included with the spa service?
When enjoying a full spa service (minimum one hour), you are entitled to the use of our luxurious amenities (shared with the hotel) at no extra charge. Our Fairmont Palliser spa offers a heated indoor swimming pool, co-ed steam room, hot tub and fitness center. Our Hotel Le Germain spa has a private men’s and women’s infrared sauna in each change room, a co-ed fitness center and seasonal roof-top patio, both overlooking Calgary’s downtown skyline. 

Where do I park?

We offer complimentary valet parking with any full spa service at both of our spa locations, as well as a self-park option at our Fairmont location. Please read these further details on where and how to park Parking Information

Do I need to bring anything with me?
You’ll want to bring a swim suit if you wish to use our swimming pool & hot tub. For the sauna and steam room, we provide towels. We provide all necessary spa products for your treatment as well as a robe and sandals. Please note, although our showers are equipped with shampoo, conditioner and shower gel, we are limited in what other amenities we can provide in our Palliser spa change rooms in respect of Fairmont’s green standards. Thank you for your understanding. If there is a specific item you need, please ask our Guest Experience Agent.

 

What do I wear for my treatment?

If you are having a massage or facial treatment, we suggest you disrobe to your comfort level. A robe and sandals are provided in your locker. You may also decide to change in the treatment room if you are tight on time and do not plan to use our facility.

What is your cancellation policy?
We require a 24-hour notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made within this timeframe will be charged at 50%.

Are your therapists licensed?
We offer Registered Massage Therapists as well as non-RMT’s and estheticians. 

May I request a specific therapist?
Yes, you can request a specific therapist when booking your appointment. We will do our best to accommodate your request based on availability.

Do you offer group bookings or packages?
Yes, we offer group bookings and special packages for couples or friends. Please visit our Menu page for more information or contact us through our Group Booking  email to arrange a customized experience.

Do you sell gift cards?
Yes, we sell gift cards for any dollar amount, which can be used toward products or services at either of our spa locations. They make a perfect gift for any occasion and are easy to purchase either on-line  or in-spa.  

Do you offer direct billing?

Yes, we offer direct billing as long as our authorization form is filled out and submitted to us 24 hours prior to your appointment. For all RMT services, we ensure that the service provider has the proper certification and registration for your service to be claimable. However, there are times when a claim could be denied, for example, if you have exceeded your limit or if the portal is temporarily unavailable. In such a case, the spa is not responsible for any issues with direct billing out of our control, but would be happy to provide you with a digital or paper insurance receipt for you to claim on your own.
