We encourage our guests to keep their belongings close and be mindful of their personal items at all times.

Cancellation Policy

Understanding Our Cancellation Terms

We value your time and ours. In the event that you need to cancel an appointment, please be aware of our cancellation policy:

• Within 24 Hours Notice: If you cancel your appointment within 24 hours of the scheduled time, a fee of 50% of the service cost will be charged.
• No Show: For appointments where you do not show up without any prior notice, the full amount of the service will be charged to the credit card on file.
