How is life working for you?
Are there some nagging habits or ways of being that may not be supporting you in the kind of life you would like to be living?
Do you wish you had more power over how you live your life day to day? Are there things you want to bring into your life in terms of experiences, relationships, or simply more peace and joy? Maybe you are looking for a little magic to help you with the process of changing your habits.
Creating Powerful Change Isn’t Complicated or Difficult
We all have some area of our life that we would like to make changes in. It could be our health, our finances, or we simply want to feel better. Yet sometimes we feel stuck or feel helpless. Don’t worry, like most things in life sometimes we just need a little help.
The first thing we need to accept is that our thoughts precede how we feel and are the catalyst for creating change in our lives. We are the creators of our own destiny. Through intentionally managing our thoughts we can create the life we have always dreamed of.
Those nagging bad habits can wear on us and create negative energy in our life. This can leave us feeling drained of energy and vitality. It also may keep us from putting positive energy where it needs to go. If we don’t have a process for changing these habits the resulting mindset may be that we get into a state of accepting our situation as the hand we were dealt and it is our destiny to live this way forever. Nothing could be further from the truth. What you expect becomes your intention.
Consistency is The Key
There is no need to procrastinate making a positive change in our life or believe that it will take a long time. Once you know what habit you would like to replace, the change can come as fast as the intention you attach to it.
Life has so much to offer if we can master the process of using our thinking to replacing negative habits with self nurturing positive habits.
Drinking one smoothie will not magically make you healthy for the rest of your life. Drinking a smoothie each day might. The same applies to our mental strength, remember you are retraining the way you think.
Be Willing
Beware of the those insidious thoughts that might keep you stuck. Your ego may tell you that you already know all you need to know, that you have tried too many times, or that you will never be able to change that certain habit. Just try a little faith and belief, then be willing to let go and give this process a shot. If the process doesn’t work you can always go back to smoking, binge eating or procrastinating. Those nice comfortable habits will be waiting for you.
