We’ve all had to face our fears during this time of social restriction. So what a perfect opportunity to take your thoughts out onto the limb, with courage and conviction, knowing your success too, is inevitable!
When we stop to consider balance training, we realize that we need good balance to do just about everything. We need it to walk, get out of a chair, lean over to pick up something, and to do any of a number of actions that are part of daily living. Balance training involves doing exercises that strengthen muscles that help keep us upright, including your legs and core.
Sleep is the power source that keeps our minds alert and calm. Every night and/or while napping, sleep recharges the brain’s battery. Sleep clears the mind by removing daily toxins. Sleeping well increases brainpower just as weight-lifting builds stronger muscles, because sleeping well increases your attention span and allows you to be physically relaxed and mentally alert at the same time.
