Christal Earle
Christal is the founder and CEO of Brave Soles which was born out of her love for people, planet and great shoes. As the founder of an international youth humanitarian organization, Christal had been working and learning from a local community of garbage dump workers since 2005 on the north coast of the Dominican Republic. Among everything else in that garbage dumb there was also an overwhelming amount of tires. Brave Soles upcycles the tires and reclaimed leather into high quality, beautiful shoes and fashion accessories which we absolutely love. Her vision is to give customers the opportunity to be empowered by their choices and to lead their own story around living sustainably and create more equitable work conditions for the stateless people in the Dominican Republic.
Christal is also the Founder of The Little Shop Of Courage. A marketplace that connects makers from all over the world with shoppers who want to make their purchases count.
