Understanding the impact of our actions in the Calgary community is essential in doing our part to stop the spike. Our rnr Wellness team is required to undergo a mandatory Health Check when working, and are required to stay home if symptomatic until it is safe for them to return. The use of medical-grade masks by all of our Registered Massage Therapists and Estheticians is a minimum requirement, along with the use of face shields in our signature esthetics treatments.
We Take Care of Our Spa
In order for you to relax and unwind, it is imperative for you to feel safe and comfortable during your spa experience. On a daily basis, we make a promise to:
- Use Hospital-Grade disinfectants to disinfect all tools, equipment, high-touch surfaces, treatment rooms, change rooms, reception area, and lounges in extreme detail immediately after vacancy,
- Complete a spa-wide disinfecting sweep each hour,
- Provide hand sanitizer in all areas of the spa,
- Provide individually wrapped, and healthy, amenities,
- Provide fresh, clean and sanitized linen,
- Ensure all spa guests have completed, and passed, our COVID-19 screening
- Create alternate check-in and check-out times for minimal traffic volumes and a greater level of privacy.
